Stephen's Story

Well after graduation I moved to California, then Washington DC for University. I attended George Washington University receiving a double bachelors, Microbiology and Psychology. I lived in the DC suburbs (Fairfax, VA) for over 10 years before taking a position that moved me back to California Bay Area with a start-up and then to the Philippines helping rebuild the old US Naval base in Subic Bay with a government contractor. Moved to Manila while working for Arthur Andersen. My next move took me to Thailand with Sun Microsystems...Expand for more
. I lived in Thailand for 3 1/2 years remarrying before returning to the DC area. My stay in the DC area was short as I was recruited to Microsoft in Redmond, WA. While working for Microsoft I was asked to move to Singapore to help reestablish better business relations with Intel in Asia. Since then I have come back to the Redmond area. Today I still live in the Redmond area (Sammamish). I have a 20 y/o daughter that is the joy of my life. I never understand why I waited so long to have children, but I am glad I finally did.

Getting ready to launch
Mintra's boat is the in the background crossing the finish line. The boat right behind them won 1st place because they had all rowers over 60 and they get an age adjustment to their time.

I shared this at work and thought it was good for everyone.
