I participate in discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, court appearances, settlement negotiations, arbitrations, mediations, administrative hearings, trials and appeals. However, much of my practice is devoted to avoidance of litigation and advising clients in terms of contracts, negotiations and resolution of disputes. I have also gone back to doing magic which I performed from 1975 to 1981. I use the name Stephen the Spectacular and perform for children of all ages. I specialize in performing for children ages 5 through 12 and have performed at schools, charity events, parties and corporate functions. I recently performed at the SF Valley location for the MDA telethon (2007), Music for the Heart Annual Benefit, YMCA Healthy Family Days and Agoura Hills Library.
