Stephen's Story

After Carey, I went to Stony Brook played around for four years before academic suspension (read that poor grades) side tracked my academic career. I worked full time for a mental health agency that provided housing for people with mental illness for 18 years, before getting back on track. Graduated (From Stony Brook) with a BA in Psychology. student at Stony Brook. While working I met and married a wonderful, beautiful woman (Dina) who has blessed me with a beautiful daughter (Juliana). I've worked for the last 20 years in mental health as a housing provider and case manager. Now my goal is to become a therapist, working in a clinic, hospital and/or my own practice. I'm truly interested in helping people.
