Steve's Story
Life
I am semi-retired (do some consulting) since May of 2018 when I moved to Tucson. I worked in high tech since I graduated from Drexel with a BSEE in 1969. I started out as a chip designer at Texas Instruments and designed some of the worldÂs first calculator chips. founded Adaptive Sound Technologies, a Silicon Valley consumer electronics company in January 2008. I am working hard and loving it. I am learning a lot about a new industry.
I got married in 1981. My wife Linda and I live in San Jose and my stepdaughter Rachel lives in New York City where she is a personal trainer at a high-end health club.
I am still an active skier and scuba dive every couple of years. My primary hobbies besides those are gardening and travel.
