Stephen's Story
Life
After graduating from LHS, I spent two years at the University of Oklahoma and finnished up at the University of Central Oklahoma in 1984. I married my lovely wife, Terry, on Dec. 17, 1983. We have two sons, Tim-20 and Rya-15. I have been a Navy Chaplain since 1994. We have done tours in San Diego, Princeton, NJ and Naval Air Station Whiting Field in Milton, Fl. neer Support Battalion to Operation Iraqi Freedom. I spent seven months at Camp Al-Taqqadum, Iraq. In November 2007, I became the Regimental Chaplain at Combat Logistics Regiment, 2D Marine Logistics Group, Camp Lejeune, NC. iI reported to the USS THEODORE ROOSEVELT 9CVN 71) on December 14, 2009 while the ship was deployed to the Arabian Gulf in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. I just returned from deployment on April 18, 2009. I'm still as crazy as I was in high school!!
