Stephen's Story
Life
I am supervisor of a technical support group for the College of Engineering at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I'm also IT/Network Administrator for the departments of Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, and Mechanical, Aerospace & Biomedical Engineering. I provide support for several different computing platforms, including Apple Mac OS X, Microsoft Windows, and several different flavors of Linux. the end of the retirement tunnel. (Update: I retired from the University on March 31, 2017, after 43 years of service.)
I live in North Knoxville in the Halls community with my beautiful and forever patient wife, Deborah. We've been married since 1977. We have no children but we're blessed with an abundance of very special nieces and nephews.
The only one of my former Union County High School classmates with whom I regularly keep in touch is Mary Kitts Ingram. If I'm not mistaken, and I don't believe that I am, I was the first from UCHS to become a member of Classmates.com.
