Stephen's Story
Life
I left Calif. in 1980 and now live in Mystic, Connecticut - staunch old New England. I miss the So. Cal. weather, and my family, but not much else about Calif.
1st marriage for 17 years; we were a couple of "dinks" (i.e., dual income, no kids). 2nd marriage for almost 16 years before it sank, 3 kids: 25, 22, and 20. It was a big change becoming a family man, but wouldn't trade it for the world.

Professionally doing alright: V.P. of a firm with a focus primarily on energy.
Lived a pretty exciting life before my 2nd marriage as I was big time into sailing, both cruising and racing single-handed. Was planning a solo circum-navigation of the globe before re-marrying... hmmmmm. Life is still exciting, but in a different way with the focus on semi-retirement and achieving my long bucket list !!.
