Now look...DuPont eliminated personnel and departments that were similar with Conoco's own departments. DuPont wasn't independent of Conoco.
Finally, Conoco merged with Phillips in 2002 and Ponca City is losing to Bartlesville because of the politicans and concerns of the Tulsa and Bartlesville.
Yes, I saw the writing on the wall back in 1981.
