Steve's Story
Life
I live in Carlsbad, CA., with my lovely wife, Kathy, and my two daughters.
Except for the rare indulgence of saltwater fishing, I spend every non-working minute I can being involved in activities with my wife and kids. We love to camp, hike, geocache, hit the beach, and spend time in Catalina and at our getaway house in Laguna Percebu, Baja.

I've spent most of my career in a tax planning function with monolithic organizations (Arthur Andersen (twice), Ernst & Young, and Time Warner). In 2003 I set up my own financial consulting practice here in San Diego.

I got a B.S. in Accounting from Long Beach State in 1983, and a Masters in Business from the USC Marshall School of Business in '99
