Steve's Story
I went to junior high in York and the summer after my freshman year my family moved back to Sutton where I had gone to kindergarten and 1st grade.
I won a Regent's scholarship to University of Nebraska but the 60's offered more enticements than those available in Nebraska and I hit the road my sophomore year. I hitchhiked cross country several times, went to Woodstock, lived on a commune, and after several years in upstate NY moved to San Francisco.

Francisco hospitals through my 20's. I moved to Seattle and married. My job in construction accounting relocated me to Denver where my ex and I separated. I then chose to return to the Bay Area rather than be transferred to Houston.
I retired in 2012 after working 25 years in Internal Finance for KPMG's San Francisco office. In 2014 I may be relocating to Portland, OR but for now I am getting in travel, buying more books than I have space for, and trying not to do 20 hour binges on real time strategy games.
