Steve's Story
Wow, well after school I joined the USCG and was stationed in Honolulu. Spent most of my tour there but was able to travel a lot. Been to places that I had never even heard of till than. After I got out of the service in 1989 I decided to stay in Hawaii for a couple months of R&R before I came home. Well I ended up meeting someone and she had just gotten to Hawaii. She was from NYC and worked for United Airlines. Well we ended up getting married and lived in Honolulu for the next 2 years. I just took on minor jobs, till I was able to get back to the main land. We finally moved to Colorado in 91 got divorced a few years later. Just about that time my Fathers health started to go down hill, so I ended up moving back to the Michigan area. designer (totally oppisite of my degree) worked for them till Siemens bought them out and closed them. So I went to work for Siemens as a audio/visual designer, alarms and strobe lights for fire alarms.(getting closer to my calling) Worked for them for about 4 years and finally got tired of driving to Novi everyday, So Finally went to work for my current employer and have been here ever since. I am know using my education. I design fire surpression systems for a number of uses like oil rigs, high rise buildings etc...Anyway, I am single, still looking for that one person that can put up with me, no children. I now live in Ottawa Lake Mi, and work in Toledo. I do a lot of traveling with my job which I enjoy. Think thats about it in a nut shell, still the same person I was in the 80's (minus a few bad qualities) but over all the same. autocadman412 is my email, and it is on yahoo. Hope to hear from you all.
