After high school, I went to OSU. I took flying lessons and obtained my private pilot's license.Later I went into the army. After the army, I continued to fly using the GI bill. I got married in 1977 and began commercial flying. We had a son in 1986 (who is also an airline pilot) and a daughter in 1985 (who is a CPA). I started with Amer...Expand for more
ican Airlines in 1985 and retired as an international captain in 2011. I was based in Miami for the last 12 years of my carrier. I've been divorced for sometime now, but we remain good friends. And the best news for is that I have a new grandchild (first one!).
I moved from Boca Raton, Florida last year up here to Palm Coast, Florida.
