Steve's Story
School
I was totally inspired by the book the Razor's Edge. I already had this strange feeling that I needed to travel to some far off land. I thought it was India. After a year and a half of York U and analyzing abstract music void of any emotion, I joined Canada World Youth where I lived in Quebec and then Brazil. It was the best thing I ever did.
College
I tried to complete my degree twice. The first time was in music at York. That was major bullshit! I had been forewarned by a former friend Rhonda, that U of T was more classical, but I wasn't really interested in studying at that time an...Expand for more

I recently tried to complete a degree in French at Glendon. It was going well. I basically taught myself French on the road in France and was able to get into a French specialist composition class.
Unfortunately I expressed that I didn't like the word feminist to my lady French prof.( who never wore skirts or dresses) and complained that french had too many masculine words.
She thus failed me.
I got smart and am finsihing off my certificate at the RCM in TO. God bless classical music. Thanks also to Bill Nahr's sister Diana who has given me golden advice on studying music intelligently.
