You all know me by my middle name "Steve"
Life
1/11/2007....To be brief (which is saying something for me); Divorced after 15 years of marriage to Colleen (Lawson SHS '84). 3 great kids from that relationship (girl 1989, girl 1993, boy 1997). Live in Selah, WA (East side, but still a Husky fan) with my current wife Amy. Been in plastics manufacturing my entire career....16 years as an industrial mechanic, 9 years as a production supervisor. With growing up on Stretch Island, I miss the sound living over here but not the rain. My folks still have the house on the island and we use it regularly to get away and I pop into Shelton periodically...can't believe how things have grown. Still keep in touch with Dave Kelly (SHS '84) and Russ Cleveland (SHS '82) also Lisa Paolino/Michael (SHS '84). I Elk hunt every year with Dave and his family and wish i could see more of him.
Beyond that life is good, career is good, health is good, what else is there? (have I exceeded "brief" yet?) Look me up if you want to catch up.

ement in 2019. Kids are all married with kids of their own and doing well in life. (4 beautiful grandaughters so far). Amy and I are still going strong. We bought a home on 6 acres, along a year round stream in the eastern Cascade foothills in 2014 and feel like we've found our little piece of heaven. Our oldest daughter, her hubby, and grandaughter live 5 minutes away. My folks have all passed and with that went our family home on Stretch Island. We had it for 49 years. With it gone, I don't ever make it out to Shelton these days, but still dream about the place and miss my life on the sound. I still see Dave and Russ and can't imagine life without their friendships. Colleen (Lawson/Jaussaud) passed in 2016 (cancer, age 49), which was tragic. She did get to hold one of her grandbabies but it still saddens me when I think of what she has missed. She deserved better.
These days, I manage our little farm and Amy is still working in Healthcare. I have nothing to complain about. Life has been and continues to be grand. I wish similar for you all.... Steve
