Steve's Story
Hi everybody,
I can't believe it's been over 30 years since we were in school together. Where has the time gone? I left Kent Meridian the summer of 1972 (under protest) and graduated from Mount Vernon High School. I got married in 1977 which lasted for 27 years and raised two sons, Shawn & Dan. They are both 3rd generation mechanics now. Shawn is a mechanic at Bowen Scarff Ford and Dan is a diesel mechanic. I shoot pistols competitivly and build my own match pistols. I have two motorcycles, a 2006 Harley Davidson Dyna Wide Glide and a restored 1973 Harley Davidson FX made into an FXS Sturgis Low Rider. e them both as much as weather permits. I've just recently taken up leather work. I have a Longhair Dachshund named "HotDog" for a roommate. After I retire I plan on taking a ride to Sturgis and on to New Orleans and back.
I have worked at Boeing since 1978 as a Machine Tool Rebuilder and Maintenance Mechanic. I'm planning on retiring in 2010.
Roommate update:
I have a new roommate! His name is Toby. He's another Longhair Dachshund. I have him because he didn't get along with a friends kids or her husband. As you can see from the pictures he gets along with HotDog really well.
