Steve's Story
Life
I was married on July 29, 1995. I have two (2) daughters (oops... now 3!), Reid Alexis, Brynn Taylor, and Shae McKenna. My wife, Michelle is a Clinical Information Specialist at St. Anthony's Central Hospital in downtown Denver, Colorado. Me?, well, I'm a Software Developer (IBM iSeries [AS/400]) - as I've been since January 1990. I work for a company in Golden, Colorado, where I support Automobile Dealer auctions around the country electronically (this is a neat story, ask me about it). We moved to Denver in 1997 where I went back to college to get my BS in Information Systems Programming and Internet Development. nd the other on Win2000 Advanced Server (IIS/SQL Server 7.0). ...enough about me, I have a beautiful family that fills each day with joy and adventure. My dog, Brecken (Golden-Doodle), minds the yard while we're working and plays hard while we're home. 1 hampster (Snowflake), 1 goldfish, 5 computers, shredder, basement (for when I'm in trouble), and looking forward to the 30th reunion (if someone will invite me). :)
I always wanted to be an architect when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a fine idea. As it turns out, they were close. I design computer programs.
If I'm going to work somewhere, I need to have a laptop, smartphone, and cash to be able to deal with the day-to-day.
