Steve's Life (condensed for your digestion): June 23, 1960: Steven Alan Moser is born in a log cabin in.. no.. in a dimly lit hospital in Lebanon, Oregon. Sept. 1966: Steve enters first grade. Shows prodigious talent for annoying others, finishing work early, consumption of LePage's paste. 1968: Third grade parent-teacher conference turns ugly when Mrs. Grant informs Mrs. Moser of her son's inspired but disruptive talent of blowing fart noises on his arm. Wrath of Mom ensues. 1970-1971: Pubescent Steve forms plan for picking up chicks. Plan backfires (see next entry). Feb. 1972: Suspended for three days in sixth grade for writing a nasty note to a girl, Steve discovers his literary skills are still embryonic. 1973: Hears 'Radar Love' for the first time. Steve's ears come to attention, and he decides to become a drummer. Mom and Dad groan. 1977: Scheduled for a 1978 graduation from Jefferson, Oregon High School, Steve judges formal education to be a waste of time. Drops out.
