Steve's Story
Well, right out of high school I went to work at Algoma Steel. Married Linda Pate. We had two children, Mike and Dalaina. Mike is an electrical technologist and worked for a number of years in Indianapolis. He just moved back to the Sault in September 08 and now works at the PUC. Dalaina is a massage therapist. She married Dan King and they now live in Echo Bay. Linda and I separated in 1996 and eventually divorced. She is remarried and lives in southern Ontario. live back in Bar River. We are heavy into motorcycles and both ride Harleys. We biked to Sturgis in 05 and went on to Vancouver to visit Marj's daughter. In 07 we biked to Georgia then back up the east coast. We do a lot of sledding in the winter and do a lot of fishing and bow hunting when we aren't riding the bikes. Marjorie retired in 03 and I will be retiring from Labour Relations at Essar in March 09. We plan on doing a lot of traveling with our two dogs and our Harleys in our 5th wheel toy hauler.
