Steve's Story
After a brief marriage in the late 60's, I began playing music professionally. My last band (Vortex) spent most of '73, '74 and '75 on the road: pnwbands.com/vortex.html
I headed for Hollywood in 1976 to seek my fortune, and lived there for 16 years.
I worked my way up through the recording business and ended up with a studio of my own in Burbank. Eventually tiring of the L.A. lifestyle, I sold the studio, bought a house in Vancouver and moved back up here in 1992. I started a video post production studio and web services business: MediaPDX.com

2007 update:
I just sold the place in Vancouver and bought an old (1911) house in SE Portland...about ten blocks from my office. Nothing like biking to work!
2010 update:
My daughter died in January 2009. I don't visit Classmates.com much anymore. In fact, I plan to let my Gold membership expire in September. You can find me on Facebook.
2016 update:
I'm back! I renewed my Gold membership for a year so I could stay up on the reunion news. I've pretty much retired from the media biz and spend most of my time these days officiating weddings: aBeautifulCeremonyNW.com
