Steve's Story
Life
I have not moved too far from Downey. I work in Huntington Park and recently moved from Norwalk to La Mirada. I have been married since 2001 and have a son and a stepdaughter. I spend most of my time at work and any free time I have I spend with my family at the lake, in the mountains or just doing something outdoors. My parents and brother still live in Downey and my sister is now a senior at Warren HS and has won the title of Teen Downey. I only keep in touch ...Expand for more
with few people from school, but actually work with Jerry Prado who graduated in 1996 as well and is the godfather to my son.
Workplace
Those of you that knew me in HS know what it is I do now. I have to say I am forunate because I didnt finish college but I am still doing the job I always wanted to do and despite the fact I usually work nights weekends and holidays, I wouldnt do any other job. My son looks up to me and my family is proud and the pay isnt so bad.
