Life
My Pets
I have a miniature Schnauzer named Sidney and many (about 5) cockatiels who live in outside cages. I had many cats when I was in high school and I still like cats a lot.
My Job
I produce chemicals in a biotech company. I work in a laboratory doing organic chemistry.
Workplace
After graduating from SJSU, I worked at Peninsula Labs as a
chemist who makes nucleotides and purifies them. ...Expand for more
This was my
first job of 2 years. For the past 10 years and currently, I am
working at Clontech. I started doing the same job as Peninsula
Labs, but I made many more products as the years progressed.
The work is generally organic chemistry in a laboratory. I did
some research and development for a few years, but I am mainly
a production chemist who keeps items well stocked for customers
who need them.
