Steven's Story
Life
After HS I joined the Army and after that I moved on to NY and got involved in the Telecommunications business. In 1987 I married and then had 2 great kids. My children are almost grown. My daughter is a College sophomore studying nursing at Stony Brook University and my son is a High School senior who will be going to SUNY Oneonta for a teaching degree.. I moved up the ladder in my field and went from technical to engineering and finally on to management for Verizon. ve that more than anything else (except my kids). It is such a rush. I've also gotten somewhat involved in the "sports entertainment" field part time. It's really different knowing some of these people you see on television in real life. So now I live on Long Island with the wife, 2 kids and my yellow lab "Spencer". It's been a great ride. Someday I may return to Florida....we'll see when I retire. The amazing thing is that noone could probably recognize me today...gone is the skinny, short kid. And now I am a gym rat who just enjoys his life.
