ited Denmark, Germany, Poland, Estonia, Russia, Finland and Sweden. In 2017, we took their Mediterranean Odyssey ocean cruise starting in Venice and ending in Barcelona with stops in Croatia, Greece, Italy and France. Last year (2018), we took their river cruise of Southern France from Lyon to Avignon and then a 3 day trip to Nice. Later this year (2019), we are embarking on their Trade Routes of the Middle Ages ocean cruise starting in Norway and ending in Barcelona with stops in the Netherlands, Belgium, Great Britain, France, Portugal and Spain. We hope to keep traveling as long as our health allows.
Update July 3, 2020. Trade Routes cruise last year was a fantastic experience. Planned a Christmas trip to Vegas to visit our daughter and family but Gwynne ended up in the hospital a couple of days before departure. Turned out to be heart related but she has recovered. Luckily we did not book any 2020 travel with all the travel restrictions this year but we have a 2021 booking to celebrate 50 years of marriage next summer with a river cruise in the Netherlands and Belgium followed by an ocean cruise around the British Isles. Also hope for a 2021 Class of '64 reunion.
