Steven's Story

Life Life has turned out pretty well for Steve. Since high school, I've become a world-class balloon artist, and professional stick figure artist. Totally joking- I took third in the stick figure competition. Honestly though, I couldn't be happier with how things are going. After returning from two years in Norway, I returned to BYU-Idaho, where I met my wife, Jillian, whom I married in 2005, and received my Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication in 2007. My family has long since moved from Centerville, and are now spread across most of the western U.S.- Arizona, Texas, Idaho, and Wyoming. red playwriting, something that has become a bit of an obsession for me, and two of my works were produced by the university. Right now Jillian and I both work, she as an events planner and me as a marketing analyst, but we are quickly going to need to make room in our lives and schedules for an addition.After being married for three years, Jillian and I are expecting our first addition in November (2008), and we are eagerly setting up home in Idaho Falls, Idaho in anticipation. But I still look forward to the quiet moments and the good movie here and there (some things will never change). I discovered this new motto: You only start living when you stop watching other people's achieved goals and start making yours realities.
