Steven's Story
Life
Married Brenda Handelman after college - now 35 years! I have the prom picture around somewhere - Brenda, me, Paula Manoogian, and Paul Tkachuk. Three great kids, all grown. One slightly geriatric cat.
Back on the East coast after more than 20 in California and Washington state. I do engineering and consulting, Brenda works for a bank.
School
Farnsworth School (for a few months), Center School, and Peabody High. Mrs Whelan in the 4th grade was memorable, as was the triple threat...Expand for more
of Mssrs Donovan, Doyle, and Theokis in 7th and 8th grades.
The kids think we're nuts when we tell them that our desks had inkwells, and that we used plain nib pens. Ball-point pens weren't introduced until around 8th grade.
College
Tufts University, BSEE 1970. Those were strange times.
Military
USAF Reserve (57th Aerial Port Squadron) from 1970 to 1976, mainly at LG Hanscom Field, Bedford, MA. with training time in New Jersey, Delaware and Texas., and a three month detour in Utah.
