Steven's Story
Life
Married to a wonderful woman I met in Florida and now live in Lakeland between Orlando and Tampa. We have one son together.
Our house is located in a protected area and sand hill cranes as well as hawks reside here.
We also like our domestic animals and cannot seem to keep from taking them in. Currently we have three dogs, from nine to ninety pounds, three cats, and three birds!
We enjoy central FL and the theme parks but also love the beach. We have found some very unpopulated areas with public beaches and mom and pop hotels to visit.
College

In 1997 I decided to go to college and earned a AA degree in Business Management and Administration.
Workplace
Before moving to FL in 1986 I worked at the Central WV Transit Authority in Clarksburg for ten years as a mechanic.
I began working for Lynx (city transit) in Orlando and stayed for two years.
In 1988 I began working for Lakeland Area Mass Transit and worked my way from mechanic to Maintenance Manager. I left there in early 2007.
I am currently employed by Florida State University as a Research Specialist. I travel six to seven days a month and audit federally funded maintenance shops for compliance.
