Life
Well the last few years have been an interesting road, I have continued with my carrerr as a cook. Although I have spent the last few years studying History and Theology at North Island College.
I have just recently applied to a number of culinary schools to become a full chef....Chef Stu....has a ring to it....:)

in Vancouver for a short stint, realized I don't really like the big city, and came back to the Comox Valley. Which means if I get into the school I want(culinary institut of America) which is new New York City...that should be interesting.
Other than that my life has been resoonably unexciting.....now that I think about it that's kinda boring....Meh...I'm happy.... how are you doing?
