Stuart's Story
Life
After high school, I attended Morehead State University for four years, majoring in Radio/TV. I worked for a public radio station on campus (WMKY) for two years and graduated in May 2002 with my Bachelor's Degree. I worked at the University of Kentucky's public radio station for three months, before switching gears to commercial radio and Clear Channel Communications. I worked in Louisville, KY for six months and then accepted a job with WTVN Radio in late January of 2003, where I am now the evening news anchor. I am now married to my college sweetheart, Kaci Lane, who is from Gallipolis, Ohio. We have two cats (Tigger and Eeyore) and reside in Hilliad, Ohio. My wife and I also welcomed our first child, a girl, on September 17th 2005.
School
Started at Morgan Elementary in the fourth grade and was there until eighth grade. Then, it was off to Northwest High school, where I graduated in 1998.
College

in the fall of 1998 as a Journalism major, but soon realized I didn't want to write the news...I wanted to "be" the news. So, I switched to Radio/TV and never looked back. I worked for the campus radio station (WMKY) for two-plus years and had so much fun doing that. I met some great people along the way, most of whom I remain in contact with...but the person I'm most thankful for meeting in college is my future wife, Kaci Lane. We met my freshman year and remained friends until fate brought us together in the summer of 2000 (yeah, Summer Love). We've been together since and I can't imagine life without her.
Workplace
Started with Clear Channel in July 2002 in Louisville working for WHAS, WLAP, KNN and a few other stations. Loved my time there, but my dream has been working in Columbus at WTVN and that dream came true in January 2003 when I accepted a job there. I've been here since and am "lovin' every minute of it."
