Instead of finishing my last semester I graduated after the first semester of my senior year and went to work for Burns & McDonnell Engineering Consultants as a drafter. I made it to the plant but not as an hourly employee, but as a supervisor. Moved back into the office working in publications and have been there since. I didn't marry the girl next door but she did live down the street. We had 3 children together but divorced in 89. I now have 3 grandchildren. Yikes, I'm OLD.
