Sue's Story

Life At the end of my junior year I found out the difference between being religious and having a relationship with God. I'm still learning to focus and trust Him every moment with everything. He's to be trusted. I went to Bible college in Portland for a couple of years. I then worked at Shriner's Hospital for Crippled children. What a neat experience! In 74 I moved to Eugene to be part of a local ministry. In 79 I returned to college and got my certification to teach elementary school. I am certified...Expand for more
in Special Education and as a Reading Specialist. In 1985 I got married and started my family. I have two children. A daughter who just graduated from the U of O in the School of Archetecture, Interior Design. My son is a world traveler and local baker. They are my biggest joy and accomplishment. Sadly their father and I divorced the week of 9-11(no correlation). I'm enjoying teaching. Currently I'm teaching 2nd grade Reading and Language Arts. It'll be great to hear from old friends and make new ones.
