Sue's Story
Life
I'm living in the Chicago suburbs with my Partner, Stevie. We met in January of 1999 when she was a boy. I was attracted from the very start. I couldn't put my finger on just what it was, but I knew there was something special there. Little did I know at the time, but I'd met my first transgendered person. Wow. tners downtown (Cook County). We topped it off with a Commitment Ceremony with friends and family last October. I try to be the best Gender Ambassador I can. People are people. We are all born differently from one another (thank goodness) but we're all people. We all have the capacity, as humans, to love. I love Stevie, unconditionally. All she wants is the best for me. All I want is the best for her. Life is too short to be unhappy.
School
from kindergarten through 12th grade, I went to school in Round Lake. alas, I never made it to college.
