Sunday's Story
Life
After high school I married. His name is Charles (Charlie). We met in 1971 and and have spent very little time apart since. We have two sons Charles age 34 who is a union Ironworker & Joseph age 32 who is a CADD Drafter in Crown Point. We wanted to raise our sons in the country so DeMotte, Indiana is where we moved in 1982. Charlie is a Retired union Pipefitter #597 out of Chicago I was a stay at home mom until the boys grew up, then I worked many jobs on and off and Floral Designing was the best job.
I don't work anymore, I just want to have fun.I am a Red Hat, I help at my church when I can serving at funeral luncheons ETC. I love to quilt. Still not to good at it but I'm trying. We also ...Expand for more
have a camper on the Tippecanoe River and love spending time there in the summer. and a Pop-up to travel all over the place..
I am a perennial gardener and love playing in the dirt.
I'm getting up in age but I still love going to rock concerts. My son Joe has a band called Tramp Stamp also a band called Mas Kaos and where they are playing I usually am there rocking to their music. Family is everything to me and my baby brother Johnny & big brother Sonny, just moved here a few years ago and my sister Ruth (aka Bootsie) so I try to spend as much time with them as possible.
I belong to Al-Anon & Tops. I would love to hear from my classmates and people who I grew up with. I still have family there!
