Susan Alexander:  

I grew up in Bayside, NY attending PS 31, JHS 158 (Marie Curie), and Bayside HS. I have many great memories of school & friends throughout. After graduating HS in 1966 I went on to attend business school in Manhattan. I began working full time in Manhattan in May 1967 starting at ABC and then moving to Metromedia. I married in June 1971 & moved to Edison, NJ where we lived for six months. In Jan. 1972 we moved to San Diego, CA where I have lived ever since. All my higher education was attained here in San Diego. I received my Associates degree in Business Mngmnt & then went on to attend San Diego State Univ where I majored in Sociology, minored in Philosophy/Religious Studies. After dealing w/cancer in 1990 I became very interested in natural healing and nutrition & in 1997 I began courses to become a Holistic Health Practitioner - a 1000 hr. vocational program. I further attended school to become a clinical nutritionist, clinical master herbalist, certified aromatherapist, Reiki master. To date I've accumulated over 1700 hours of training - I still love to attend classes & put all the knowledge to good use when working w/others. I had worked for many years in the corporate world as an executive asst - mostly in the finance world.
