Susan's Story
I am presently the retired Attendance Director, Homeless Liaison, and School Social Worker for Pocahontas County Schools. I live in Daytona Beach, Florida and on Back Allegheny Mountain Road, 3.8 miles from the Cass Scenic Railroad State Park and 9 miles from Snowshoe.
I graduated from Stonewall Jackson High School in 1965 and attended Marshall University from 1965 to 1967. I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Glenville State College and a Master of Science Degree from West Virginia University School of Medicine in Community Health Education. I enjoyed my work but retied June 20, 2014..
However, my husband and I love to travel, as time permits, and I love hunting and fishing. I like to dance and have a good time and I am a member of the Women of the Moose, American Legion Auxiliary, and Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie. I enjoy club work and actively participate whenever I can.
I have two daughter, Lisa, age 43 and Scarlett, age 40, and seven grandchildren, the oldest being 25 and the youngest 6. I have two great grandsons, Forrest, 6 months, and Jackson, 2 months
As a whole, life is good and I am enjoying connecting with old classmates.
