Life Hi fromSpringfield, MO! I have been in Missouri since 1971. My daughter Katie got married two years ago and lives in Wichita, KS. Now I am a grandmother due to her 13-year-old stepson. I have two lazy cats, KC and Leo. I was married from '69-'96, got divorced and have lived in Springfield since then. I love it here...always something to do. Workplace I st...Expand for more
arted off working for a couple of smal newspapers; then I ran the print shop for a 10-county school coop, which I loved. My eyesight was damaged by an illness and by 29 I had lost the reading vision in both eyes. So I decided to stay home and raise my daughter. I re-entered the work world with the Red Cross and then went part-time with a large hospital. Part-time is great.
