Susan's Story
Life
Graduated college in 94 with a graphic arts degree. Got my first "real job" as a production assistant at the local newspaper. Got married in 96, had a son and built our first house in 98, and a daughter in 00. Sold that house and bought an 1839 fixer upper in 03 and continue to fix'er up. Continued work at the paper off and on for ten years, only to hang it up (despite pleas from the owners to stay), for a mind numbing job in real estate. Now I am back at the paper as the advertising designer.
I pretend that I will become an artist again one day. And imagine writing a book.
School

oming games in EP. My first real boyfriend. Coming out of my shell. I really loved high school. Most memorable teachers Mr. Quinn (said perfectly shocking things), Ms. Nunes (I thought she hated me), and Ms. Murphy (because she expected more from me).

College
College was by far the most rewarding educational experience of my life. I enjoyed choosing my classes, and working out a nice 3 day schedule. I loved living on my own. (Even if it meant scraping together 59¢ for a burger at McDonalds.) I went to a small women's college so I really had a chance to stand out, and get involved. I had a steady boyfriend throughout, so I guess my one regret is not spending a little more time with my girls at school.
