Susan's Story

Quilting and sewing is my passion that I love the most even more now that I am retired. I can take as many classes as I can handle. I enjoy going to quilt shows with my friends. I like meeting new friends when I take quilting classes. I enjoy running into old friends. I have Parkinson's. I found out that I had it January 2000. But I have had an experimental operation that the doctors seem to think that I am doing better....Expand for more
But I don't let my Parkinson's get in the way of my fun. My son is got married in August 2008 and moved out of the house. I love my son but enjoy his room because now its my sewing room. I can listen to my music as loud as I like and sew any time, don't have to cook every day. But I will enjoy being a grandma in the end of September. That I am truely happy about. I just can't wait. Now a goota start some baby quilts ...
