Susan's Story
I moved down to the Big Rapids area and gave birth to five children (four girls and one son). I spent ten years with an abusive man and have been blessed with a great man and we adopted a son would be five now, however we lost him in an accidental drowning when he was 29 months old. We also adopted his sister who was 13 months when we lost her brother and a bit over four years old now and quite a handful. inally a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice Administration. That being said my health has deteriorated causing me to be employmently Challenged (lol0. My hubby and I are into classic cars and have a garage full. We have a 1930 Model A; 1947 Plymouth (party size vehicle) 1956 Thunderbird (cherry condition). Of course my hubby has a few other as he calls them project cars (a roadster among them). So I guess my life is full of dreams, fun, and hard work at times. I have learned many lessons since leaving Mancelona but I still find my mind going back to those fun days at MHS.
