Susan's Story
Life
After high school I attended Green Mountain College and majored in Fine Art. I graduated with an Associates Degree. On Dec. 30. 1992 I married my dearest friend, Gil, whom I have known since I was 13!! He was in the US Marine Corps so we spent several years living first in coastal North Carolina and then Southwestern Arizona. We spent most of our free time traveling the states, especially out West, by hopping in an rv and seeing places like Monument Valley, Las Vegas, Grand Canyon, Santa Fe, Tombsto...Expand for more
ne, AZ and Tucson, AZ and even Alaska! We met so many wonderful military families and have made dear friends for life. On Sept 30 2003, dear hubby retired from the Corps and we are now living in Danby, Vermont with our son Luke and beloved dog, Danby who I feature in all my paintings. I am a professional artist and have my art studio "Danby Dog Art Studio" in my home which is open to the public. The style of painting I do is Primitive. Feel free to stop by someday!
