I taught at three different elementary schools in the Bethel School District over a period of twelve years. The next six years were spent in the White River School District where I taught at the middle school and served four years as an assistant principal. in the Olympia area. For a change of pace, I worked at OSPI for nine months. Although I'm retired from full-time employment, I stay busy with various activities. In January of 2012 an Images of America book I put together about Fife was published. It tells the story of Fife from the 1890s until the mid-sixties, which is when two significant events would change the course for this small town.
