My Pets
Gus (actually Gussie since we found out she is a she) is a 5-year old red-tailed boa constrictor - over 6 feet long. She is a terrific pet - quiet, yet affectionate, and low maintenance - yes, she recognizes us and is very tame (we make sure she is always well-fed)!! She loves to drape herself around my shoulders and then look at herself in the mirror (typical girl, I guess).
My Kids
Paul Jr. is 36 and lives in Elk Grove CA. He graduated from UC San Diego and has a Masters in Sports Management from UMass Amherst. Has a lovely daughter Sarah, 8, and a stepdaughter Elizabeth, 15....Expand for more
It's wonderful being a grandparent but hard to believe sometimes that we are old enough to be in that category!!
Michael is almost 31 and works in the construction business and also as a truck driver.
Both kids are doing well and I consider that to be my greatest achievement!!
My Job
I'm a secretary/admin. asst./word processor/receptionist for a consulting firm in Cupertino. 15 people. Very interesting - I compile reports, proposals, presentations, etc. - have learned to do very complex PowerPoint drawings, which is lots of fun. Have worked in secretarial capacity ever since college.
