Susan's Story
Maritimecreations is where I'm at when it's hot if you get my drift. Hey , how you doin? Are you still playing "200's" like we used to in the cafeteria in front of the radio booth? Are you still living in Sackville and/or surrounding area? What's your life like 23 years after graduation? What direction did your life take? Did you go to College/University? If so, where did you go? What did you take?
I went to College in St. Andrews, NB. After College, went to work with my Mom at a retail dress store in Sackville. Also worked at Marshland's Inn and did 4 years of work for the government. I bought a house in 1995. Moved to Ontario and have been living here ever since. I have my own business which is called Maritime Creations. I do interior design. People hire me to "stage" their homes to put up for sale. I also design bedrooms and do all the manufacturing of curtains, duvet covers, shams, skirts the whole kaboodle. Its a lot of work but its great fun to turn an ordinary or outdated room into a functioning work of art.

he's hot and head-strong. Going to U of Waterloo in this year) The other is 8 (Tom-boy and a drama queen. You will surely see her on the bigscreen some day.) She can be helpful in the business. She likes to sew with her new sewing machine and often makes her own gifts for friends birthdays. Either pal- pillows or personalized laundry bags. Simple stuff now but she will learn about window coverings soon.
Every year there is an Oktoberfest celebration here. Its the largest in Canada. Over 110.000 people come from all over Canada and the states. It starts on a Friday and goes for 10 days. Beer Gardens all day and all night. Things for families such as the Octoberfest Parade and family day at the largest fest-hall. Great party. Come up, we'll hook up.
I went to Verradaro, Cuba last year. What a great vacation. The resort never shuts down. Alcohol is free. Dance clubs and restaurants right in the hotel. You have to go there.
