Susan's Story
Life
Upon graduation from Sterling High I spent the next four years at Marian College of Fond du Lac Wisc., obtaining my BS in Nursing. After graduation I went on active duty in the Army Nurse Corps.
During my twenty years in the army I had some wondeful duty stations such as, Camp Darby, Italy, Tripler Army Medical Center in Hawaii. I retired from Letterman Army Medical Center in San Francisco in 1990 as a Major.

In 1986 I received my Masters in Health Care Administration from Central Michigan University.
In 1997 we made a cross country move from San Francisco to Prince George Va.
We built our home on five acres out in the country. The nearest town is 17 miles away. We really love it. I am still working in the operating room of our community hospital. It reminds me alot of Sterling CGH.
We celebrated our 25th anniversary on 25 December 2002.
