My hobbies are knitting and quilting and, if I say so myself, I think I have a bit of talent with the needle!
I'm married, no kids, but I have four rambunctious birds (three cockatoos and an eclectus parrot) to care for. They can be quite noisy, and I'm surprised the neighbors haven't called the police with all the loud cat...Expand for more

I’m retired from FDA as a scientific reviewer. It was interesting to see new medical technology before it became public, but I don’t miss the deadlines or the commute.
In addition to knitting and quilting, I like to read murder mysteries and historical novels, and listen to classical music.
