hey fellow maniacs! Living in florida, but my heart remains in maine. how's it going? i'm doing great. married for ever. have 5 grown sons, out on their own; 3 grandchildren i thought the 70's was the bomb. i miss you all. joanne fields was and still is my best friend. i'm still the active tomboy but with a feminine touch. Still a 70's kind a girl hippie, into a lot of art projects; writing (poems & songs) guitar; singing. love is my religion, I am a free spirit; think for myself; make up my own mind type,,, I don't go with the flow I make the flow:) . Remember your past doesn't equal your future. Who you are is in this moment and beyond. We can decide to be part of the solution instead of the problem . My biggest crush was Buddy Nevers; Years later I found out that his uncle was married to my aunt! If I could do it all over again I'd attend class and stay on the track team and party less! I remember hiding from the truant officer in the wall of that pinball joint across the street from the Portland high school; a bunch of us piled in there. My favorite teacher was Mrs. Rossi she was the English teacher in Lyman Moore and also a teacher at PHS she was HIP; remember her Red hair and wire frame glasses?
The best and the worst of times up at Munjoy Hill. RIP Rick Ballantine who gave me a terrific son, Dustin. and passed on his love of the Beatles and music.
