Suzanne's Story
Life
Well, pushing 36 this year. I have three kids (and we're done for sure now): Sarah, 14; Nathan, 13; Isabelle, 9. Going on 15 years of marital bliss in 03/05. Besides the kids, we have a flock of birds...3 blue & gold maccaws, an African grey, 3 sun conures, and 6 parakeets. Plus a couple of chihuahuas, 3 cats (yuck), a guinea pig, a gecko, 2 ferrets, and God, I hope that's it! Because if it's not I've forgotten to feed someone lately!
Now that my kids are in school full time, we both work full time. I recently got a job in the area for a catalog company...selling reproduction art work. Why couldn't it have been clothes? The discount would've been really nice! I miss being able to cook dinner in the middle of the afternoon and take my time during the day doing the grocery shopping, running errands, visiting people I never see anymore, etc. But I guess that's what weekends are for...that and running around the kids EVERYwhere.

he area. Anyone from Ellington High '78 & '79 probably knew them: Tracy and Jennifer. Jen is still in the area, but Tracy moved away to Florida (twice now). My mom got remarried and moved to Florida last spring. My husband's parents moved to Florida the week before Christmas this past year after losing their daughter in a motorcycle accident mother's day weekend. Everyone is moving to Florida. As a result, I'm starting to think that Connecticut isn't so wonderful anymore. One can always visit for a week during autumn, avoid the winters (which aren't so great when you're not 10 and running outside to play), and find someone to sponge off of during the summer months. I still can't make it right in my head to leave for one season, though.
Anyway, there isn't much news for my life right now. It's basically the same ol' grind that everyone else is living (probably not, but it makes me feel better to think I'm not all alone!). Should anything extremely interesting happen (doubtful), I'll update!
