Suzanne's Story
I used to be Suzanne Scarbrough, I graduated in 1969, I wasn’t popular. I had a hard time in school so I was a clown in most classes, I found someone who would love me anyway and for always. I met him while he was in Viet Nam and I was a sophomore, writing letters to the guys who didn’t get support from their family. Wayne seen my picture on another guys locker and asked if he could write to me to… we wrote each other 5 years and seen each other 15 days. We were married in 1972. e all married and have families of their own. We have 9 grandkids and 2 great Grand babies. We have been married 51 years and counting We live in Killdeer ND and love it. It’s a small ranching, farming community, but they hit oil here so it’s turned into an Oil town too. We are both retired and love to travel, we have been to every state in the US except Vermont, we go to Louisiana in the winter for a month or so. But always love coming home.. went to the All school reunion drove around El Paso, wow it’s different, no desire to ever go back. ITS TO HOT!
