May 2024 update: Life is still about Larry, kids,grandkids and dogs! We've had 14 rescued dogs over the years - currently we have 5 split between 2 houses!
I retired from teaching chemistry in June'04 and am now playing nanny for eldest daughter Melissa's two girls: Elizabeth (9/22/0...Expand for more
1) and her older sister Jordan (1/16/98). Elizabeth was diagnosed with ALL leukemia just before her 2nd birthday. She completed chemo in March 2006, but relapsed in November. She had a bone marrow transplant in April 2007. She's doing well, although it has been a long, hard struggle.
