Suzanne's Story
How do you hope old friends remember you? Happy. Loved to go out and have a good time with friends. Remember the Midnight Movie Express and Swensen's ice cream parlor??
How do you blow off steam? Describe your favorite way to relax. Spend time with my girlfriends. We love to get together and laugh, sew, and eat chocolate! No testosterone allowed!
What's the wildest thing you ever did in school? Chuck Seymour came to my house one night, looked my mother right in the eye, and LIED about taking me to the movies! Instead, we drove to Gainesville in less than an hour, visited a friend at the dorm, then got back in time for my mother not to suspect anything. She never found out. That boy and I did plenty of crazy stuff together!
Sports. Reality TV. Pets. Share your obsessions. Sports--I LOVE football--love to volunteer at the Jaguar games. Secret Survivor watcher.
Life doesn't always turn out the way you expect. What's been your biggest surprise? TWINS! Didn't see that one coming!
Parent? Share what you've learned from your kids. Patience, true love, and the knowledge that you do have and affect on someone--hopefully positive.
If I won $100 million, I'd give half of it to the IRS, then spend the rest on college for kids, paying off home, spending time with family, and 10% to the church.
To be truly happy, you would be where, doing what, with whom? I would be happy with myself--which I finally am, doing whatever comes my way, with my family and friends along for the ride.

eople my age now would be old, no fun, and boring. I was so completely wrong!
What happened to your first crush? Who knows--we tried and failed miserably--it was unfortunate.
My best friend would tell you I'm crazy, talkative, and outgoing, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me the same way--who has time to be fake?
I share my home with my husband and 3 of our 6 kids, which I find exciting. Kids keep me young and BUSY!
You get one do-over. What do you do differently? I wish that I had been as self-confident as a young adult as I am now.
Talk about your oldest friendÂhow you met and why you clicked. Kim Pitcock is my oldest friend--31 years now. We met in Girl Scouts during fourth grade and got to talking about the Wizard of Oz's flying monkeys. We giggled and laughed about those monkeys all night! I think we clicked because we could laugh together, at ourselves, and at each other. Today, we can still talk for hours about anything--and we do--just look at our cell phone bill! hee hee
My first job was at a microfilm storage company, where I got paid minimum wage--I think $3.50 to pull staples! What I remember most about it is riding to work with Susan Masters and going by the biscuit restaurant in her dad's huge, green pick-up. That truck was SO high off the ground and trying to climb in--remember tight jeans of the 80's?--and the inside was button-tufted; I remember it looking like a coffin inside.
Share a childhood memory you'll never forget. Going to the mountains every summer with my mom.
