Tamara's Story
Life
I married my high school sweetheart David Richard Williams Jr. He is in the Air Force and we currently live in Panama City, Florida. We are moving to England pretty soon. I'm still the Disney lovin' crazy girl I was back in high school. Anyone who knew me back then knew I loved the color yellow. To this day I still do. And yes I still blare my car radio to classical music and the Lion King cd (ok ok every Disney cd I've got). I was a nerd in high school and I am more so now. Yep life is just how I like it's Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!!!
School
KHS rocked for the most part. I'll never forget racing Mike Huggins and the crew to Bill Fay park at lunch time to be first on the swings. Or plotting to take over the world with Lacy Ward and Nate Hunt. I liked most of my teachers. I loved all my science ones: Mrs. Dickinson, Mrs. Green, Mrs. Owens, Mr. Lewis, Mr. Walters, Mr. Owens etc. I will never forget Mrs. Gold "CHICKED CHE...Expand for more
CK" or her math bible. Or Mrs. Cobb's Vocab tests.
Workplace
In high School I worked weekends at Hardees. While in college I managed a video store called the Video Wiz while I part timed at Hardees. I also work at the college teaching Computer programming classes and tutoring in math and computer science. When I was is Alaska I work for AAFES (Army Air Force Exchange Services) and The Habitat For Humanities. When I first moved to Florida I worked at Snelling Personnel Service. I was a personnel manager a.k.a headhunter. I enjoyed the whole process of counseling applicants, marketing, negotiating with clients, closing a deal, etc. But I have just recently decided to take on the law. I now work at a law firm as a legal assistant. I like it. This job is a wonderful maddness. The best way to describe it is The Devil wears Prada, Ugly Betty, and Boston Legal all rolled into one. Each day brings me and my Jimmy Choo's and new challenge.
